The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Zlob.Downloader.vat" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Trojan, which downloads and installs various third-party spyware and malware to infected computers. This variant installs a rootkit component and changes the domain name server.

The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack\bpunst.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack\bpvol.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack\icmntr.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack\icun.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack\ictun.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack\iesmin.exe".

You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify folders!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "VideoPack" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VideoPack\".
Remove "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack" from registry value "Path" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Internet Security\".
Remove "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack" from registry value "Path" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Protection Tools\".
Remove "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack" from registry value "Path" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Security Tools\".
Remove "<$PROGRAMFILES>\VideoPack" from registry value "Path" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Online Add-on\".
Remove "<regexpr><$PROGRAMFILES>\\VideoPack\\.*\.exe" from registry value "some" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\explorer\run\".
Remove "<regexpr><$PROGRAMFILES>\\VideoPack\\.*\.exe" from registry value "start" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\explorer\run\".
