Smitfraud-C., Virtumonde, Virtumonde.generic and Virtumonde.sci

Spybot search and destroy detects these 4 infections. On 1st attempt to clean (fix selected problems), Virtumonde.generic remains and the other 3 are listed as fixed/cleaned. Clicking the fix button second time reports that all 4 infections are now cleaned. Now running the scan (takes full 30 minutes) for 2nd time would report these 4 infections again.

I was able to fix these problems myself; using a mix of :
Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer, SmitFraudFix, HJT and finally the most important : ComboFix.
