Installing Spybot on a non-internet PC

Is it possible to install and run spybot with updated definitions onto a PC which does not have access to the internet?

Yes, but you have to download update files from Download (http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html) page from computer with internet connection, transfer them to computer without internet connection and then run them.
