Removing spybot right-click context menu

Hi, I've been using Spybot for a few years now--great program. Anyway, is there a way to remove "Scan using Spybot Search&Destroy" from the right-click context menu? It's right above the empty recycle bin button and it gets kind of annoying. I looked around in the program settings, but couldn't find an option to remove it.
