ok so, i just had this comp completely redone, then the person that fixed it taught me how to use this application of spybot correctly. i ypdated it this morning, and then did a scan. the blue screen of death breifly flashed, and then the scan completed but it was very slow. stuck on this virtumonde thing, and this zlob thing. i am also running avast in the background. i clean out my brosing history everytime, and have my settings to the highest security. not only that, the spybot wont work now. the red column shows files in red, and it says i have 162 files not protected. but when i do the scan it showsd no problems. also, i cant seem to get rid of these red files. HELP...im not good at computers, so please help. Mahalo, i dont want my comp to die again.:oops:
