Hi All,

I just ran SBs&p and it keeps coming up with WILD TANGENT. It asks me to launch on restart but it can never get rid of the Wild Tangent. A few weeks ago I did a clean-up and made a new check point after deleting all the old ones. But now my comp won't let me do a system restore using that date. Can anyone help me get rid of Wild Tangent and make a system restore point that I can use? Thanks for any replies!

Is there any dates during last week till now that you can use?

There should be a uninstaller for Wild Tangent, at least I think so. I heard many cases where it promotes online games and such.

Have you tried removing it in Safe Mode?

There should be a uninstaller for Wild Tangent, either in the Start Menu or the Add/Remove Programs window.

By removing it in Safe Mode, I mean fixing WildTangent with Spybot in Safe Mode.

Hi,

I tried using SB in Safe Mode to remove Wild Tangent, but it could not remove it. There is no mention of Wild Tangent in the add/remove programs list. It is not in 'all programs' in the start menu. Only SB s&d makes any mention of it. Thanks,
