Virtumonde help just like everyone else!!

My computer began running slow, my automatic updates were turned off and i am unable to switch them on, and i have constant popups. Multiple avg and spybot scans have brought up i have smitfraud and virtumonde. Please help!! I am fairly computer illiterate, so please go easy on me! Here is my current HJT log. Thanks in advance.
