Hello and and welcome to the forum. Thanks for returning your information and your log looks clean of malware, here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

ewido is a great program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

You can also delete any of the Smitfraud tools, hope you never need them again but if you do you will need updated version, the hackers are constantly changing it.
I can offer you no silver bullet, the information provided by the experts above along with good safe online suring habits: http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-16,GGLG:en&q=how+to+be+safe+online maintaining and running your security programs as instructed, this will all go a long way towards keeping you safe.
I would also like to ask about this program you are running:
C:\Program Files\SpywareBot\SpywareBot.exe <<< That is not Spybot Search and Destroy, seems I can't find anything bad about it, but it is shareware and all of the programs I suggest are freeware. You get to make the call, but I would uninstall that program and install Spybot S&D here: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
I believe I have answered all of your questions, so if you are running well, you have the information to keep it that way. There is no need to post again unless you wish.
Thanks...pskelley
