Hello folks,
My mom's computer is infected with a trojan that Comodo BOclean describes as a "BHO.kk" variant. Once I start up the laptop, BOclean stops it, but is unable to remove it because the trojan apparently has a "system lock." It asks me to restart the computer so it can be removed upon reboot, but this doesn't seem to do it. I am unable to do a kapersky scan or a hijackthis log because I can't acess the desktop or startmenu. All I see is the desktop wall paper, and the ever defiant spybot resident cleaner which keeps popping up because it is denying a registry change by a "pokiliweki" start up program, based on my spybot black list.
Help?
