real problem with internet

I really hope some one can help because this is so frustrating, so i do a search on google....say for example bbc weather...it come up with the page description as normal however the actual web page is just advertising or something completely different..... for example.....

and it does this what ever i search just comes up with different links....its fine if i know the adress and jsut type the atcual adress in at the top.

I have used safe bot....scanned once then it told me to do it aggain after reseting, however its still happening....???any clues on what it could be or how i can sort it...Thanks in advance :red:

Could you give more details please, is the computer showing any signs of infection. What is the operating system and which security programs do you have installed?

Also, please open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version and date of last definitions too.
