Rootkit in new laptop with Vista, say RootAlyzer

My computer are totally new. :present:

Finish install from Fujitu Siemens with Vista home premium.

This happend before I open Intenet Explorer and go out on Internett.

I have take couple screen shot of Rootlyzer and make a reqested fil!
