I need help removing the Trojan Virtumonde malware. This malware infected my machine about 2 weeks ago. So far I have tried the following
1. Scanned my laptop several times with Norton AV 2009. Each scan results in detecting Trojan Vundo (dont know if it is the same as Virtumonde) and the AV software fixes the issue and prompts for a reboot. After this when I go online the malware comes right back
2. Purchased Spyware Doctor from PC tools. This AV software detects the malware as Trojan Virtumonde and does the same as Norton but the virus comes right back when I go online.
Appreciate if someone can help me resolve this issue
