Virus or Spyware slowing computer, HJT log file attached

pretty sure i have spyware or a virus running on my laptop. youtube videos and itunes songs play in slow motion and my firefox web browser freezes for seconds at a time. my cpu usage also spikes very high.

Double-click ATF Cleaner.exe to open it

Java Cache

Then click the Empty Selected button.

Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Your slowdown problems most likely are caused by multiple antivirus programs that you have running there. It's strongly advised to run only one antivirus program in one system. Decide which one you want to use and uninstall other ones.

If your McAfee has antivirus features among Antispyware then I'd uninstall it. Antivir I'd let stay.

Also, defragging hard drive(s) is good idea if you haven't done so lately.
