hijack i think

well i believe i have a virus. not exaclty sure what i have but i think its something. when i try to type sometimes the keys stop working all together and make a beeping noise. nd the close dialouge box keeps popping up. not sure how i got it but its really hard to get rid of. helpwould be GREATLY appreciated. we just got the laptop back. lolz my luck right. heres the Hijack this log

Eset & AVG8 <<< uninstall one of those in Add Remove programs.

I see a lot of junk adware but not much else. Hackers hide their malware from HJT and I won't know for sure until I run removal tools.

If you still need help, and you have read and followed the "Before you Post" directions, post a new HJT log since it has been five days, and I will take a look, please describe any recent symptoms.
