download updates offline and portability

There are two delimia I have with spybot, and one is protability. I've read that it might be used portably, and the other is downloading updates for computers that are offline.
Here is my problem. I have an infected computer that the internet is damaged. Opening infected browser start the problem and at times the tcp/ip is damaged, and I have no internet connection. I need to update spybot completely and scan before I go any further. Is there any way to keep the updates handy offline and update the program when there is no internet connection? This is also the key for portability.

Thanks for the link. I already did that, then immediately ran an update to test, and so much more downloaded, therefore I didn't think it was the actual updates, just some program core updates or something.
