Hey,
TeaTimer found a file WTUers.exe, which is thought was dangerous so I, foolishly, let it delete it. As it turns out I need that file to run a legit program. I've got to the "Recovery" tab but that deletion isn't listed there so I can't recover the missing file. Is is just gone forever?
Here's what was in the Resident section of the Advanced settings:
5/14/2006 11:47:05 AM Encountered and terminated CAS-Client in C:\WINDOWS\system32\WTUsers.exe!
5/14/2006 11:47:10 AM Encountered and terminated CAS-Client in C:\WINDOWS\system32\WTUsers.exe!
Please help me recover this file! Is there anything I can do to have Spybot recover it? (and no I had not configured the system restore point yet, so if that's the only option then I'm screwed.)
Any thoughts, help, suggetions or ideas graciously accepted.
Thanks a million.
