Auto closing exe

Hello,

I tried to install rootalyser.exe and also ccleaner.exe but both of them auto close on my when I execute the .exe file (it opens briefly and then automatically closes).

I also have the following problems that Spybot is unable to remove:
- FakeBill.CourtCologne
- PremiumSearch

Which version of Spybot do you have?
Did you also tried a scan in safe mode?

Thanks for the reply Sandra.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Spybot and now PremiumSearch is removed.
But it still doesn't remove the FakeBill.CourtCologne (even with windows restart).
I tried to delete the explorer.exe folder in the regedit according to the Manual Removal Guide for FakeBill.CourtCologne (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=37461)
but it couldn't be deleted.

I will try to do another scan in safe mode.

I've done a scan also in safemode but both of them seem to be unremovable:

- PremiumSearch can be removed but comes back on the next scan
Any ideas how to remove?
