TeaTimer Deny/Allow Buttons Missing

When TeaTimer blocks a suspicious attempt to change a registry key, a dialogue box appears which gives you the choice of allowing/denying that change.

The buttons are only half visible on the dialogue box, and I cannot tell whether I'm allowing/denying the registry entry change.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Spybot, only to find that the problem persists.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
