removing "google.net-studio.org"

removing "http://google.net-studio.org/" from home page
IE Explorer Start Page is "http://google.net-studio.org/" I am a tech and I went into

Registry and it won't let me delete it out.
<HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\StartPage> but when you try to del it , it tells you "unable to delete all specified values"

Can anyone explain why the google.net-studio.org is their in the first place. Google can't ot... won't... hmmmm
