Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I've done several searches and nothing comes up except this thread:

Does Spybot immunize against downadup/conficker (I don't see confirmation of this in the update stickies for the last few months)?
Does spybot remove it if your machine is infected? (And yes, I'm aware that MS's Spyware removal supposedly does)
