Virtumonde - repeated return - help please!

This is a first time post - I'm desperate.
I too keep running a bot check, it finds Virtumonde.prx here -
Virtumonde.prx: [SBI $9E65383A] Autorun settings (Registry value, nothing done)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2694827404-1181485396-1873969650-1001\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\MSServer

I select Fix the Problem and it does, but then Virtumonde appears again on next bot check! SpyBot has found and fixed this trojan 27 times. I'm on the verge of completely reformatting my pc.
