Spybot and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware are both up-to-date, and both agree my system is clean. (After a bout with Virtumonde.)
I still get Firefox popups. It's when I've opened a new window or am entering data in a form, I'll get a sudden freeze, then within a few seconds I have a new window open, which opens maximized, it restores to a smaller size, then maximizes again. Since the Virtumonde problem, it always goes to the same site.
Does this mean there's some obscure setting in Firefox that allows this ad to keep coming at me? Is there a way within Firefox to refuse any particular website? Or is that a firewall thing?
