Resident: Major problem?

While installing drivers for my scanner I denied a change to my registry. No the following is constantly on my desktop and I don't know what to do to get rid of it. Can someone please help. There are 5 sometimes 6 boxes which say;

Resident
Registry Change Denied
Identified as: User blacklist
Resident denied the change of tb90unins
(category System Startup global entry) based on your blacklist.

I can't find any info on tb90unins,but maybe the 90 is just a number used randomly.
Could you open Spybot,click mode,Advanced Mode,Tools,Resident.In the window to the right,rightclick,select Select All,then rightclick again,select Copy,then paste it here.
