Microsoft Office XP - 2003 hanging up after using SpyBot...

Hi, All!
After using SpyBot I have gotten the problem on two computers.
MS Office hanging up when trying to browse any file with it. I think it is the DLL (which is Open/SaveAs dialog) not working in right way. Has anyone faced such kind of the problem? What can I do now? And please say the name of this DLL (I don't now).

If by "After using Spybot …" you are indicating that you did a "Check for problems" and then did a "Fix selected problems", have you tried to go into Spybot > Recovery and attempted to recover the items that you fixed?
