Vundo! Spybot not working, AVG not updating!

Got infected with Vundo.
Malwarebytes detected it and ¨cleaned¨ it.
Used Fixvundo and Vundofix also.
Hijack This log file attached.
Unfortunately i tried all this before reading the ¨read this before......¨and i turned off system restore.
Please help.
