Need hel with HijackThis Log

I have a Dell D800 with Xp Pro SP2. My internet explorer sometimes does not open or when clicking a link I get re-directed to some add site. I have installed, updated and run MalwarBytes. It found 4 entries. I fixed those entirs and re-ran the scan. It found nothing the second time around. I have also ran Spybot and found nothing and I have run Norton CE and found nothing. However, the problem is still there although I don't get re-directed as often.

Does any of this look unusual? Thanks for the help.

While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

Clean log, I would be interested in seeing the First Malwarebytes log, you can find it by opening up Malwarebytes and clicking on the Logs Tab. Copy and Paste in this thread for me to see. When you run these scans on your own and then ask for help, your really hampering what infection you have, its best just to bite the bullet and post a HJT log and let us start from the beginning.
