M hijack Scan, please help

hey,
can someone please check my scan....I keep getting popups and advertisements on my computer in regards to I have virus and I need to download curtain antivirus pros.....and little bubbles in the bottom corner of screen reminding me this. Also My home page doesnt go back to google.com ,it is www.safetyuptodate.com now....
I have dine an antivirus scan and a spware ware scan. Still cant find the problem.

we have a "self help" link for your problem. download what you need, print out or copy paste the instructions in notepad and save them somewhere, then just follow the directions.
