Hello again,

I got the Ewido log and Spybot log but You didn't copy the rapport.txt from SmitfraudFix. I really need to see that one too, please.

The spybot report attached was the system information report which I really don't need. Was Spybot able to fix anything it might have found? If so then, that's ok.

Ewido and SmitfraudFix reports look good also.

Hijackthis needs some fixing.

Open HijackThis and do a *scan only*. When the list is completed, please put a checkmark next to these entires and press the *fix checked* button

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PCShield] regsvr32 /s "C:\WINDOWS\System32\sfg_7d46.dll"

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Kazaa Download Accelerator Updater] regsvr32 /s C:\WINDOWS\System32\kdpupd.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [hxvhvitlqya] C:\WINDOWS\System32\zgzsupv.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [PCShield] regsvr32 /s "C:\WINDOWS\System32\sfg_7d46.dll"

After pressing the *fix checked* button, you can close HijackThis.

Delete these files (if found)

C:\WINDOWS\System32\sfg_7d46.dll

C:\WINDOWS\System32\kdpupd.dll

C:\WINDOWS\System32\zgzsupv.exe

Reboot your PC. Scan and produce a fresh log with HijackThis please and post it back in thread. I think that ought to get it all. Let me know if you see any remaining problems on your end?

I searched my C: drive for the rapport.txt report which was returned to you. I am not sure now how this inforamtion was generated or what I did, or have to do now. There is no mention of the log required in the instructions leading up to the copy and pasted info at the bottom of the proceedure. I believe Step #10 is what removed the nasty pusher pop-ups. I followed the proc step be step and sent you everything I have....I think.

The latest HJL file is attached after making the correction as suggested:

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to get you the data required for you to complete your investigation.

Yep, the rapport.log you posted after my response was just fine. Out posts may have crosssed. You're doing great! :bigthumb:

The HijackThis log looks good too :)

We just doing some wrap up now. You have at least one vulnerable version of Sun Java on your PC. I need to see all of them. Please open HijackThis and instead of scan choose *Open Misc. Tools Section*

Choose *Open Uninstall Manager*

That will prepare a list. Press the *Save list* button.

Copy the text of that report back here and I can advise what needs removing.

Get the latest version of Sun Java here
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

That's the safe one now to have. I'll advise which ones need to be removed when you post back with the list :)
