Smitfraud and Virtumonde

Please help!

I just caught this virus last night and Spybot S & D finds it easy enough and seems to clean it but when I run another check the smitfraud and virtumondes are back! I even disconnected from the internet while cleaning a few times to see if that would help... I am NOT a pc whiz or anything... would running a system restore to before I downloaded the contaminated .exe file help or hurt me?
