clickjacking and skybot

I have read a lot recently about clickjacking. Clickjacking seems to put a frame beteen the mouse and the button you are clicking allowing information data and video to be highjacked.

There is plenty of info on this out there
One method of preventing this is by using 'noscript' but do we need to bother?

my question is will skybot pick this up during its scan?
