Another Virtumonde.sci infection

Another victim of virtumonde.sci needs help. Foolishly, I let my subscription to Norton's AV expire for financial reasons (they insisted on an $80 upgrade fee!). I plan to install AVG when the current mess is cleaned up. I also get a prunnet.exe warning from Spybot.

I disabled Norton's, and Tea Timer, ran Reset Tea Timer, ran ERUNT, and HJT per your general instructions and pasted the resultant log file below.

I appreciate any help you can provide in riding my PC of this malware.
