Virtumonde help

Hi, I just ran S+D and found my computer infected with Virtumonde, and I need some help to remove it. Having read the posting guidelines, I've got my HijackThis! log if anyone if available to help.

I apologize for the wait, volunteers are swamped at all forums with infected computers. If you have resolved your issues, please post to let me know so I can close this topic.

If you still need help, and you have read and followed the "Before you Post" directions, post a new HJT log since it has been four days, and I will take a look, please describe any recent symptoms.

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing.

In your case I see three: PC Tools AntiVirus, Symantec & AVG8. Start by removing two of those, there must be only one antivirus program running in the next HJT log.

If your helper detects the presence of such programs on your computer he/she will ask you to remove them. Help will be withdrawn should you not agree to their removal.

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
