Virus - please help! May be due to memory stick

Please see below my hijack this log. I am unable to access any microsoft.com websites, and my partner has just tried to use a memory stick that he used in this computer on another one and it said it had a virus. I have work saved on this laptop and have been accessing my hotmail and ebay accounts so am quite concerned!! Any help would be extremely gratefully received. Many thanks in advance, JBH

* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.

* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

*** Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.***

* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
