Undo Immunization please help

I am sure that this wont go over very well, but here goes

We have 450 computers in our network

many people have installed spybot and immunized their systems

we forced an uninstall of spybot (because of licensing)

it seems the "immunization" is still in place and wrecking havoc

we would like to undo the immunization at next reboot

is there a way to do that? or do we have to install/update/immunize/undo?

If there is a program that we can call with switches w/o the program being installed?

You will have to install it, update it, undo the immunization and uninstall it again.

we dont want it installed anywhere since it breaks our application delivery mechanism

Er, well. I'm assuming that you have uninstalled all copies of Spybot off every machine in your network... Thing is you'll have to undo all of them to remove the Immunization (problem being that Spybot locks the Windows HOSTS file as a read-only file against hijackers). Prior to uninstalling, were single copies of Spybot installed on the computers?
