Virtumonde.sci infection help

[pasques]

On Sunday, I found two virtumonde.sci infections on my computer using Spybot. Unfortunately, Spybot was not able to remove these infections. Since then I have run Ad-aware, SuperAntiSpyware, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. None of these other programs have found the virtumonde.sci infections on my computer but every time I run Spybot it informs me of these infections. I would definitely appreciate any help that you can provide me in being able to remove these infections from my computer. I have pasted below my Hijack log.

Thanks for getting back to me. I definitely understand how busy you must be these days with all of the virus activity that is occurring.

Some recent updates since my last post - I have run f-secure and kaspersky online scanners. Neither of these found any trace of the virtumonde virus on my computer. I have also attempted to run Housecall versions 6.5 and 6.6 (both java and internet versions) and they have not been loading.

Let's look at the uninstall list first since the old version of Spybot S&D you are running is likely causing your problems.

Uninstall list: I look for malware and security issues and will not know all of your programs, but you should.
Hackers are using out of date programs to infect folks more and more,
Here is a small free tool that lets you know when something needs an update if you are interested:

From what I see in the HJT log, I believe once you get your programs up to date, you will not be having any more problems.

If there are questions at that point, update MBAM that I see onboard and follow these directions:
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file in your next reply.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.
