I apologize for the wait, volunteers are swamped at all forums with infected computers. If you have resolved your issues, please post to let me know so I can close this topic.

If you still need help, and you have read and followed the "Before you Post" directions, post a new HJT log since it has been five days, and I will take a look, please describe any recent symptoms.

I am not seeing a lot in this HJT log, if you still need help, read the "Before you Post" directions again and disable TeaTimer as directed. Provide some information along with the HJT log, like
what tool is finding this malware, what exactly is it finding, does it give the pathway to the item?

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

Thanks for your help! I can imagine that you all get overwhelmed with all of the insanity on the Net!!
Rad Icon, BTW - Link's my absolute favorite too!

What's been happening is that my computer keeps freezing up and restarting. Even when I'm doing something as simple as listening to music on Winamp, it will freeze for a time, but then restart a half hour later.
No program has "found" malware, no program can get that far without the computer freezing up and restarting.
Spybot and Lavasoft Adaware always get stuck on a file called "win32.hacktool.aid. A friend of mine told me to try MalwareBytes.org but that got stuck on a system32/ps... something file. All of these programs can only get this far before they freeze every time (even a light scan won't work).
I've immunized my computer, but that doesn't do anything. I've also run a full Norton Antivirus scan but that can't find anything either. This is what led me to post in the forum.

I am not see much ing the information you posted. You do have out of date Java, see this:
