View Full Version : help! i think i have a spyware or some kind of malware

hi everyone!

i am new to this forums things. but i really need help. i have been using mozilla for like 2 years and it has been my default browser for a while. Lately i have been getting these blank screens with different urls popping up. Also sometimes, i would be browsing a site and all of sudden the window doesnt not respond and i have to click the window again to continue browsing on that page. Also, whenever i use the search bar on the upper right for google those blank screens pop up.

I have been doing my research on this site and i have downloaded VundoFix and SuperANTIspyware. I have installed and used it. here is my hijack this information below. thanks and i would greatly appreciate some help!

Hi there,

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

Please continue as follows:


Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html)
Remember to re-enable them afterwards.


Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Please include the following reports for further review, and so we may continue cleansing the system:
