BSOD 8E blue screen plus search problems

I have been getting a blue screen upon rebooting my laptop. The stop error is 0x0000008E. I also could not run Spybot and when I try to go to the Spybot website from get sent to random websites that are virus related but not where I want to be (it will let me go to this forum site). I have also experienced not being able to update my Mcafee software and I think some other parts of Mcafee have been disabled. Here is my Hijack report:

Please continue as follows:


Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html)
Remember to re-enable them afterwards.


Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
