Help COmputer CPU usage running high

Hello, I need help determining what has my CPU usage running so high. As soon as I turn my system on the CPU usage jumps through the roof. Could you please review my logfile and help? I'm currently using Windows Vista Ultimate and will readily admit that I don't know what should and shouldn't be removed from this Hijack This Log. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.:)

i just loaded up firefox and it uses about 1/3 of the CPU's memory space. Unfortunately, I use a couple of software programs for work that only work with Internet Explorer. Otherwise, I'd just switch to Firefox.

I went through the IE blog and made changes to my IE 7 add ons. It's corrected the iexplore.exe running so high . Any suggestions on which processes I can stop ? Do you have a reference page that can help me. I'm runnint Vista Ultimate. Thanks.:greeting:

There are not much startup programs to disable. How much RAM you have?

I have 2GB of Ram and unfortunately, I can't add anymore to this system. I'll have to purchase a new laptop but funds are tight and I'm trying to clean this one up best I can. I've already removed software that's not being used, defrag hard drive, etc, but wasn't sure if clean up some of the Vista processes that are in use. Thanks so much for your help.

That might be a bit little for ultimate.

You can remove these from starting but I don't think it will effect much on speed:
