Adware/Malware Virus - Need Help

I have this virus on my computer that needs to be removed. Random windows will just pop up and it's eating so much memory real estate. Can someone please help me.

Thanks for the response. Below is the new log I just did. I'm still getting a bunch of pop ups from random websites which is crashing my Firefox and opening Internet Explorer randomly. I've also been getting the W32.Agobot.AA Virus.\r virus. I believe Windows is blocking it but I still want it removed since it is a very dangerous virus.

I do want to apologize if I missing something. I'm not a very technical person, hence, why I'm in this position in the first place. Feel free to point me to the correct direction so I can proceed. Thanks

and it was the first thing I posted above. The instructions to disable TeaTimer is plainly described in those directions and that was not done?

This is a nasty infection, post a new HJT log once you have carefully read the directions and disabled TeaTimer.

NEW PROBLEMS:
Two things I wanted to ask, first, for some reason I can't load a picture file after clicking on it. I saved a picture on my desktop but it's not opening up for some reason. Not sure if this is related to the virus on my computer, but I thought I should share this information anyway. Second, I can't seem to use Alt+Control+Del. It's saying Task Manager has been disabled by administrator. This might be correlated with the virus at hand.

QUESTION:
I use to have AOL installed on my computer but have uninstalled it since. However, I'm still seeing AOL Update Manager. I've tried researching the problem but can't seem to figure out how to take this out from my computer. IF you can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.

1) LimeWire <<< uninstall this and any other p2p programs you have installed.

If your helper detects the presence of such programs on your computer he/she will ask you to remove them. Help will be withdrawn should you not agree to their removal.

2) Please DO NOT ENABLE Spybot S&D TeaTimer while we work together.

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
Choose your usual account.
Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Finally post the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log

4) Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP,
Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

I tried to run Safe Mode twice but it wouldn't let me. After pressing F8 it took me to the Advanced Mode where I can choose which settings I want. I used Safe Mode and pressed Enter. When it rebooted again it said it ran unsuccessfully and that I have to choose again. I chose Safe Mode again but it didn't work. Whenever I chose Safe Mode there were like scripts or a list of things that came out.

Anyway to get around this?

I made it all the way to the second to the last picture, but after I get there it goes back to the second picture but this time it says, sorry...something something has been interrupted. It could be caused by hardware configuration change. I click on Safe Mode again but the same cycle happens again.
