Unknown virus/trojan. Multiple problems

Please hep. I must have a virus as my pcillin pops up every 2-3 seconds with "virus found" warning. Run kaspersky on-line and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but it doesn't show anything up. Also my computer is very slow and randomly gets problems like explorer not loading. At the minute I am having to lauch any apps via task manager. Please help! I am having problems following all your advice on "before you post" but here is the hijack this log which I was able to do.

Hi liono

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer to make sure it won't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode

On the left hand side, click on Tools
Then click on the Resident icon in the list
Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer

Download ResetTeaTimer.bat to the Desktop

Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer (and preventing TeaTimer to restore them upon reactivation).

Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
