TeslaPlus [Smitfraud]

I followed instructions that I received from my prior post about my infection. The screen no longer shows the TeslaPlus text telling me I'm infected and to 'click here' to go buy their product - now I have the white background that I can't get rid it and they've hijacked something such that my right-click on the background gives me options I've never seen before (and there is no 'display' option.
My logs don't seem to find anything - and spybot keeps finding and cleaning the same 'DSO' exploit.

I had spybot version 1.3 - I upgraded to 1.4. It seemed to find the wallpaper problem in the scan but after fixing it I still had the problem. I rebooted, re-ran the scan, and now finds nothing.
I still have my white background and my right mouse click is still hijacked such that I don't have the normal context menu.
