Redirects, blocked from spyware sites, etc. help!

Hello, this site has been invaluable to me in the past in ridding our 3 household computers of viruses, but now I've got a doozy that I can't even begin to solve, so I had to register on the site this time :) Here's the story- I can't run any spyware removal tools, I can't access this site or other spyware sites from the infected computer, and I can't even access Microsoft updates. There are no restore points either. Some sites like MSN and eBay will go through, but others redirect me to Google which then sends me to misc. sites such as fake adware removal tool sites. Annoying! Since I can't access the Spybot site, I had to run HJT and email it to myself on another computer in order to post it here. Below is the log file, I appreciate any help!

Never mind, looks like you guys are a little swamped here and having trouble responding to posts. Looks like the virus writers are keeping things hopping these days. I renamed SuperAntiSpyware and finally managed to get it to run. It cleaned the virus out. Once the virus was clear I was able to turn MS Updates back on as well as turning SuperAntiSpyware back on. Installed SP3 and ran SAS again and all seems well now.
