Need help to remove win32.agent.jg - Spybot S&D didn't remove it!!

Looking for some help!
I have updated and run the latest Spybot SD and keep getting 3 or 4 items that need removal - one of which is win32.agent.jg.

The others have a similar name and Spybot tells me it can fix these, but not the Agent.jg.

It tells me to resart my computer and the runs spybot again - but fails to remove it again, and also findas all the other items it had 'fixed'!!!

I am trying to do a manual removal of the scary files or malware or trojans or whatever they are!!!

But keep getting bogged down in jargon!!

I installed Spyhunter to try and help, and it found the same things but didn't fix them either!!

Please HELP!!!
