No access to certain net pages.

Hi.

I have 2 computers on the same router. One is infected with ??? and the other is ok. With the infected one I can acces general internet info for example this forum, but when I try to do an online scan it blocks the access. I can't reinstall spybot since during the install it needs to download info. Also when I make a search on googles for exmple, when I click the link it sends me to some odd page. I am totaly lost. the onlything I can do is run my NOD32 but i get a trojan Win32\autorun which i delete but keeps coming back.
