Virtumonde.prx will not remove

Hello, This is my first time and I have read many of the threads regarding virtumonde and I am not sure what to do to get it removed. I have ran spybot and restarted and it continues no matter how many times it says it is fixed.

Please help and let me know what I need to do. Thanks.
