Advanced mode warning

When I select Advanced mode I get a warning that some settings "can do harm to your system if you are not sure what you are doing. Do you really want to switch to Advanced mode?"
This seems quite normal to me. But someone has suggested to me that this is the work of a Trojan attempting to block Spybot. Is this true? I'm new to Spybot. (using 1.4)

No,it's normal to get that warning from Spybot when switching to advanced mode.

Although it is not some sort of "Trojan", please be aware that the warning is significant. Please don't ignore it!!!
