Spybot S&D and RegCure

Hi :) I just installed Spybot on my computer. As many users, I had a problem with Tea timer pop ups; however, Tea timer would constantly come up with messages that registries in System Startup have been changed - this started after I ran RegCure and fixed all the problems with it. Is it possible that these two programs clash? Since I thought this might be the case, I disabled Tea timer altogether.

Or is there some other cause? Is it possible I had like 50 registry changes within 5 minutes?

There is no clash. If RegCure is altering portions of the registry that are monitored by TeaTimer, TeaTimer is going to alert you to those changes.
