However if one has run tools/fixes before posting please inform your helper, so that s/he is aware changes may have been made to the system and why. Running fixes before being assisted can destroy evidence of an infection, leaving the malware difficult to detect.
If you ran MBAM, please post the scan results. Please provide more information, exactly what are the symptoms that caused you to start the thread?

The machine is not acting any differently.
I started the thread because I remove the trojan that MBAM finds and trojans continue to pop up. The symptoms are general slowness on the machine which I assumed is due to the trojans.

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback, some information for you first, then we will take a look.
The one item MBAM is finding is an infected System Restore file. Windows protects those files and Windows does not know if they are good or bad, but they can not harm you unless you restore that item to the computer via System Restore. We will clean that before we finish.
The symptoms are general slowness on the machine which I assumed is due to the trojans.
Malware is not the only thing that can cause the computer to slow, here is information to help you help the computer to run better.

Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.
**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

When the above is finished, restart the computer and do this:
*Right click the icon for AVG in System Tray and choose Open AVG User Interface.
*Click on Update now, allow AVG to download and install any new updates.
* Click on Computer Scanner then choose "Scan whole computer", this takes a round one hour on the computer I am using now.
* Near the bottom above the words "The scan is complete" choose "Export overview to file"
* Choose Desktop and give it a name you will recognize like AVG Scan Results, then choose SAVE.
* Close results and close the Interface.
* Copy and paste the contents of that file unless it is clean. Post a new HJT log with that.

You have Windows Defender on board also, update and run it to see if it finds anything.
Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:
O2 - BHO: PCTools Site Guard - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - C:\PROGRA~1\SPYWAR~1\tools\iesdsg.dll (file missing)
Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
Run Clean Manager

Remove combofix from the computer like this:
