Hello,

When I click "Search for updates". spybot immediately comes back and says "No updates available", when indeed there are updates. I tried uninstalling Spybot, and reinstalling, but still the same issue. I can manually update, using the update file downloaded from Spybot's web site. I'm using the latest Spybot S&D version. I also made sure the windows firewall was allowing the updates & Spybot.exe.

Can anyone please provide an idea to a solution?

Thanks

Ok, thanks for the quick reply. What got me concerned, it came back so quickly saying no updates available. Also it didn't give me a server to chosse from like it normally does. Is thee somewhere to manually download & install Beta updates (includes)?

Thanks

Yes, in the current update scheme, we take all updates offline while updating, where in 2.0 updates will have different filenames representing version each, making it possible to upload new files without taking the full list offline :)

Beta updates have not been out during that phase, so there would have been no other way to them. But updates are online now :)
